The Atherton Floorplan is our largest, measuring 2,323 interior livable square feet. It comes with a Master Suite and two additional Bedrooms and full Bath on the top floor. The ground floor provides a spacious Family Room or may be ordered with a 4th Bedroom. Three Bathrooms come standard, with the option for a unique Half Bath option on the main level. Laundry is located on the top floor for your convenience.
