The key players involved in bringing the Draper Creekside project to market include the following:
Eric Saxey is the Developer and General Contractor at Draper Creekside Townhomes. He is a native Utahn, having entered the construction industry in 1994. Since 2002, he has focused his attention on the downtown area’s urban housing market.
Eric started planning the project and acquiring the parcels that would become Draper Creekside in 2013. His development firm, Everest Builders, was formed in 2002. At that time he developed and built a successful 11 unit townhome project called Hampton Place, located at 625 East 200 South. He subsequently developed and built the Markea Court Townhomes project on the northwest corner of 700 East and 300 South in downtown Salt Lake City.
Eric has built numerous single family homes and other multi-family townhome projects in Salt Lake and Utah counties over the course of his 16 years in the industry.
Married and the proud father of two straight A student daughters and a recent addition, Eva, Eric's family occupies much of his time when not working on Draper Creekside and various other projects.
Johanson Engineering specializes in land development and civil engineering including Commercial Subdivisions, Hydrology, Street and Road Design, Municipality needs and Site Approvals, Storm water design, Grading and Drainage and Utility designs.
The Downtown Real Estate Gallery is a boutique full-service real estate brokerage that focuses on new and pre-existing residential properties located within the Salt Lake City urban area.
